Dr. Tassos Anastasiades has been an international educator for over 38 years. He has worked in leadership positions in Kosovo, India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, UK, Bahrain, China, Nigeria, Zambia, Malaysia and Cyprus.
His educational leadership experience has involved quality assurance, developing bespoke leadership training across schools, preparation for KHDA (UAE) inspections, IB leadership and accreditations, CIS school accreditations – including team visits ( also as chair), Cambridge curriculum, American curriculum, British curriculum, preparing schools for BSO accreditation, monitoring of the quality of teaching and learning and working closely with schools development targets including personalised appraisal systems and school policy development.
Dr. Anastasiades has a B.Sc. in Sciences, PhD in Biochemistry (Nottingham University,) MA in Education (Bath University, MBA Educational Leadership (Leicester University) and National Professional Qualification for Headship.
Most recently Dr. Anastasiades has achieved qualifications in COGNIA, Positive Psychology and is an advocate of mindfulness and well-being.
Ms.Madhur Gupta is an M.Sc in Zoology and B. Ed from Delhi University. She comes with more than 20 years of varied experience and has been associated with Genesis Global School Noida since its conception. She has taught Biology in all the three curriculums (CBSE, IGCSE, IB) for many years, and has been deputed as Head Examiner Biology for CBSE and IBDP.
To remain abreast of the latest educational trends and challenges, she endeavours to attend various workshops for her professional growth. She has been actively involved in curriculum development, pedagogical approaches and publications of Science books for CBSE.
Her previous assignments at GGS have been Head of Department Sciences, Head Middle CBSE and Vice Principal. Having gained extensive academic and administrative experience through a journey with different roles and responsibilities, she remains passionate about teaching and continues to teach Biology in Senior Classes.
Besides this, her love for nature is evident as she enjoys spending time with plants and experiments new ways of gardening during her free time.
Ms.Subie Srivastava is an accomplished Operational leader with experience spanning both the corporate and educational worlds. She brings with her a focused professional approach normally seen in multinational companies that benefit students and staff at GGS.
Prior to her appointment at the School, she led the Operations at a large mall and also held a prestigious position as a founding member of the Core Team for The Queens Baton Relay- one of the key events of The Commonwealth Games. This included ensuring the torch crossed 15 countries along with coordinating sporting professionals and dignitaries.
She holds a B.Com degree and an MBA, and is a keen blogger in her limited spare time away from School.
