Parent Child Programme

The GGS Parent-Child Programme is a thrice-per-week programme designed for toddlers aged 24 to 30 months, accompanied by a parent or grandparent. This short-term programme is specially curated to help toddlers smoothly transition into the ‘Pre-Schooler’ phase.

For many young children, starting an early care and education programme is a completely new experience. The GGS Parent-Child Programme supports this important transition by helping toddlers build strong connections, develop essential skills, and establish new routines in a safe and nurturing environment.

With the right support, children can adjust confidently to their new setting, make friends, explore new experiences, and thrive in their early learning journey.

Benefits of involving parents and families in early childhood programs-

The positive outcomes of engaged parents are powerful: increased support for children’s learning and personal development, empowered parents, and improved family well-being. Children see benefits like improved cognitive development and academic performance, better social-emotional development, and improved health.

Note

A minimum enrolment of ten families is needed to conduct the sessions.
